Working principle
The high-temperature oil in the hydraulic system flows through the hydraulic oil cooling device, and performs high-efficiency heat exchange with the forced flow of cold air in the heat exchanger, so that the oil temperature is lowered to the working temperature to ensure that the main machine can continuously perform normal operation, so that the work can be smoothly carried out.
Precautions during installation
1. The radiator should be installed firmly. The installation position should avoid vibration and shock, ensure free air and air exhaust, and prevent inhalation of air heated by other external components.
2. When the radiator is used, it is necessary to install a voltage-limiting bypass to avoid excessive pressure drop and prevent damage caused by excessive pulse pressure generated during startup.
3. During the installation of the heat sink, please do not damage the heat sink (slice) and the bumper heat sink to ensure heat dissipation and sealing.
4. When the radiator is out of the oil joint, please be careful when loading and unloading. The tool must be used to clamp the inlet and outlet of the radiator to avoid distortion of the radiator.
5. The radiator should be kept clean and the radiator should be cleaned at least once a week.
