Introduction

China Manufacturer Vacuum Brazed Aluminum Radiator Core usually consists of a partition, a fin, a seal and a baffle. Fins, baffles and seals are placed between adjacent two baffles to form an interlayer, which is referred to as a channel. The intermediate layers are stacked according to the different ways of the fluid and brazed into a whole to form a bundle, which is a plate. The core of the fin-type heat exchanger has the necessary head, nozzle, support, etc., and constitutes a plate-fin heat exchanger.

It is manufactured using state-of-the-art vacuum brazed aluminum alloy with a strip plate construction and a unique fin design. From its brazing plates, the strength of the side bars and end plates, the number of channels, to their fin density and design, they are carefully designed to provide maximum cooling.

Characteristics

(4) The adaptability is strong, and the plate-fin heat exchanger can be applied to: heat exchange between gas-gas, gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, various fluids, and phase change heat of occurrence of collective change. Through the arrangement and combination of the flow channels, it can be adapted to: different heat exchange conditions such as countercurrent, crossflow, multi-stream, multi-stream. The combination of cells in series, parallel, series and parallel can meet the heat transfer needs of large equipment. Industrially, it can be shaped and mass-produced to reduce costs, and the interchangeability can be expanded by building blocks.
