What is an intercooler?
An intercooler is an intake air cooling device commonly used on turbocharged and supercharged engines.
What does it do?
An intercooler cools the air compressed by the turbo/supercharger, reducing its temperature and thereby increasing the density of the air supplied to the engine.
How does it work?
As the air is compressed by a turbo/supercharger it gets very hot, very quickly. As its temperature climbs, its oxygen content (density) drops, so by cooling the air, an intercooler allows denser, more oxygen rich air to the engine, allowing more fuel to be burned, thus improving combustion and giving more power. It also increases reliability as it provides a more consistent temperature of intake air to the engine which allows the air fuel ratio of the engine to remain at a safe and steady level.
Manuwell intercooler has the following core size , providing 90% more volume compared to the original intercooler.
Our technology department have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This intercooler uses our award winning intercooler core which is made specifically for this application.
With the help of additional air guides, inside inlet, an uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent
cooling properties and a lot less pressure drop then the stock intercooler. Despite of it´s size the weight of the complete
intercooler is only 8,9kg. The inlets and outlets of the intercooler have been increased to Ø 70mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. This Intercooler Kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures and also the right thing for racing.

A: Generally, Manuwell pack our goods in wooden boxes . If you have legally registered patent, We can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2 How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take one month after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: Yes, Manuwell can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
