Introduction

After welding or assembling, the hot side channel and the cold side channel are connected into a complete heat exchanger. According to the cooling medium, the intercooler can be divided into two types: water-cooled hot air and air-cooled hot air, the utility model is used for the supercharged air cooling of the turbocharged intake system of a vehicle engine. When the product works, the hot side is pressurized air, and the cold side can be cooling water or ambient air. The temperature of the air entering the engine increases after supercharging. When the supercharged air passes through the heat side of the Intercooler, the heat is carried away by the cooling water or cold air on the cold side of the intercooler through forced heat exchange. This lowers the temperature of the air entering the engine cylinder.
